Hi @LanAnh0, if a change of the reservation is proposed, the person proposing it can adjust the price, the other side has to accept it. So, if you receive a proposal to alter the reservation or send one, always check the total price. It’s technically possible to extend a stay for no extra charge and as soon as that is accepted, it’s done.
If a guest leaves early and you accept it, he gets money back, the rent for the extra days and the airbnb fee for the extra days.
If he stays longer and you accepted that at a correct price, he pays your rent and also airbnb fees.
If you extend a stay against cash, be aware, that you loose the host garantie for these days and the damage deposit expires as well. Within the terms of the website, you are supposed to make an alteration via the website and adjust the price. When the guest accepts, you get a confirmation and his card is charged automatically.
If you have no cleaning fee and no reduction applies, he can make another booking as well.
