1 listing for 5 rooms or 5 listings for 5 rooms

Hello everyone. I am a host and have a listing for 5 rooms for 10 adults. Should I have 5 separate listings for 5 rooms? Or should I have only 1 listing for 5 rooms? If 1 listing for 5 rooms and two adults booked a room, how do I make sure to notify future guests that the other 4 rooms are still free and available for booking. If 5 listing, how do I make sure guests of 10 knows 5 rooms are in the same buildings. Thank you

Hi,

If your rooms can be booked individually, then you have to setup a listing for each room. Each room will have seperate calender, so future guest can see the avialibility of each room. You need to do some tuning anyway, as the sleeping facilities (what kind of beds etc..) are not mentioned now. In the description (or even title) you can indicate they are in the same building. Guest will notice also same pictures of public spaces will show up (and make it even more clear to them by adding a picture of the building also)

Best, Emiel
