Increasing profit and enhancing a guests stay

Hi

im new to air b and b but we’ve now had 3 lots of guests who have all left great reviews. We have more future bookings too. 
I’m wondering if any of you offer additional  extras such as a hot tub hire, hamper, a booked activity such as beauty treatments etc to make extra profit and enhance the guests experience? If so - is it arranged at the point of booking and via air b and b or as a separate info message?

Hi @Marie9867 Offering additional extras is a fantastic way to not only improve guest satisfaction but also to increase your earnings. But this depends on you as a host if you will offer additional extras with fees to your guests and for any of these extras, you must disclose it on your listing and if for the payment, you must still use Airbnb's Resolution Center. Clear communication is key. Ensure guests are aware of the costs and details of these extras upfront to avoid any surprises.
