No link provided to review my last guest.

I being hosting for 2 years now and this is the first time I have not received a link to be able to review a guest. Not via email or via the dashboard. When checking the stats the review period has 0 days, they checked out last Sunday. Has something changed? I think it is a glitch. ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Viki-  I had the same problem, you have to call 1-415-798-2174 and they can fix it for you. I was affraid my guest thought I snubbed them, but they were great guests.  -Izzy

Hi Izzy,

Thankyou for your help. Airbnb support has sorted it very quickly. They have sent a link and the review is complete. It was Just a glitch. 

I know what you mean with leaving the review for guests. It's important for them to know they're appreciated especially when they take the time to respect your property.
