where do I find VAT invoices for passed reservations?

I need to print out a VAT invoice for passed reservations but I can only see how to print one out for a future reservation. Anyone know where I can find this?

Click on 'Your Reservations' - this shows current and future ones

Scroll to very end of the page and you will see a link to 'View All Reservation History'

but how can i see whether there is a form for VAT or not?
