verification problem

I registered today and went to book a room, I've uploaded my drivers licence (passport photo was rejected) confirmed my email, phone number and tried to link with Facebook but got declined due to lack of activity. I booked a room for tomorrow night which I am now not verified for, yet I have been charged. I've uploaded the video which it requests too, and am at a loss now. Any advice?

I'm also having this issue.  I tried using Facebook and unchecked a few things and that didnt seem to work then tried uploading a (sarcastic) verification video but still nothing.  Maybe it just takes a while.  Used Airbnb once before last year and it worked flawless....definetly a step down in user friendlieness nowdays I guess.  I did see another similar complaint who said it eventually cleared up.  Who knows if it will?  Not a fan anymore though... they seem to want a **bleep** ton of personal info on you nowand their verification system works like crap - not a good combination IMO.
