verification of a guest

Hello,

Can anyone give me insight on this situation?  I have a guest that has a photo and has their email and telephone number verified.  I pre-approved her.  I had to free up a day because I had it booked for cleaning but now have all days free on my calendar that they are interested in staying.  They need to arrive today.  The dates are grayed out and the words verification is listed in the grayed area.  

What does this mean?  They are leaving at 6pm today to head my way.  Should I let them check in?

Did you get a booking notice?

No - I only have an inquiry at this time.

Without a booking they do not stay, and will not have your address either.

and if you have ID verification required in the Booking section, they'll have to provide all that before it's confirmed.

But guests shop around and even if they sound like they can't wait to book, they often don't follow up.
