stop same day bookings

How can I stop people being able to request to check-in the same day as I have someone checking-out?

Hi @Liana0,

You can do this from your listing calendar.  Choose "Availability Settings" in the right hand corner and then you will se where you can change from "Same Day" reservations.

I have checked and my profile already says no to same day bookings but people are still able to do so anyway?!

 @Dave-and-Deb0, I think the setting you outlined in red is the one to stop guests from booking THAT day. As in, today.

And I think what @Liana0 is asking for is the "preparation time" one. Liana, please check the "preparation time" dropdown from the same settings place @Dave-and-Deb0 screenshotted.

I would screenshot but can't get the Airbnb website to work properly, either in Chrome or Safari. It won't let me expand the "additional pricing options" under pricing settings. Grrr...
