response rate change

I have a response rate of 98% yet I know I have responded to all enquiries within 24 hours at least over the last year.  How do I get this changed please?

Hi @Helen-And-Ed0,

The response rate can be an imperfect science, you're about as awesome as it gets just 2% less than perfect so don't sweat it at all!

You could raise a ticket with Airbnb (refer below for Help link) to pose the question although it won't be high on their priority list.
