Hi

I have not received new reservation on my email , although my email adress is written in my profile. do you know why , it happened in last 2 reservation.

Maybe the AirBnB email are going to a spam folder 

check your spam box 

if that happened you need to create a filter on your email settings to don’t send your AirBnB emails to the spam folder “mark as no spam”

We also facing didn't received email notification from airbnb 2 days ago. 

Totally no email from airbnb for reservation received or conversation with the guests. 

We contact Airbnb Support, ask us contact gmail provider to check. We check the gmail setting and spam folder, all no issue.

Please let us know if you have solution.
