refunds

My reservation was cancelled by the host and Airbnb said they would give me full refund. This was on March 6.

I still have not received a refund and did not get a response on 2 e-mails. 

Any other people that they have stolen money from?

I think sometimes that AirBnb support  get overwhelmed with the number of requests for help and they struggle to keep up with all of them....as such, yours may have just been "lost" in the unanswered pile.

 

I would continue to make contact with them, maybe via Facebook or Twitter ..so that your unfinished refund can be brought to a conclusion
