refund and card

Hi I booked a bnb during Christmas season in Greek.

But there is a high possibility that I can't go.. 

so I am checking all the possibilities. 

I understand my refund rate and stuff, but the thing is the card that I used for booking this trip is no longer available. 

 in this case, how can I get a refund?

 

 

(btw it's really hard to find the contact number or email address or a chat support in Air bnb.. this is so uncomfortable)

if you can't go due to extenuating circumstances, please read this:

As long you do not check in, your money is still at Airbnb (not at the Host). You can check on your reservation which cancellation policy applies. Try to sort it out with Airbnb what's best way to do.
