I am noticing that my listing appears with a higher nightly price when scrolling.  For example, lets say I list at $150 per night.  When people are scrolling they see $175 per night.  When you click on my listing, then the correct price + cleaning + airbnb fee are listed.  I don't like it because it looks like my price is higher than it is, making my listing less competitive.  Has anyone else noticed or experienced this?

Hi @Lenore0, I see $145/night before service and cleaning fees for July 6&7.  I noticed that there are no taxes.

I am having the same issue!  I enabled smart pricing last night, then shortly after disabled it.  Now my correct pricing only appears when the person clicks my ad.
