Hello...

I set up price per night (I checked a milion times), but it seems that write different on my airbnb page. Guests asking me why is price different on my profile, but I really don't know why. Nightly price is 40 euros, but on profile is setted up around 30 euros (set by itself or what)?

Can you help me with this?

Do you have different pricing for different months/days of the week etc.

If you do and a guest just does a general serach of an area, for example without specific dates in mind, then they will see the standard base price.

Might be a useful exercise for you to search for your own property and put in both specific dates and also leave dates blank so that you can see what comes back.

My asking price per day was 50 €. How come that Airbnb uses 49 € for there calculation. Which reduce my net price to 47€ i.o.
