payout for damage

In february we have had a guest who we needed to charge a damage. Since we couldn't solve it with the guest we asked AirBnB to help us and they confirmed the payment however we still havent received the payout. I alreday check in my transaction history. You can see it but NO PAYOUT YET. Where should I check or speak with
