I had guests over Xmas and was due to receieve the payment by 4 Jan-today is the 10th and I still hav enot receieved anything-I emailed payoneer but I get NO response-I think airbnb should have better contact details and not just pass it on to 3rd parties like payoneer who do not respond and thereby damage the Airbnb brand
