my profile disappeared

my profile disappeared

Hi all!  I had a host and guest profile for years.  I tried to log in on a different computer so that I could approve a booking request, and though technichally I still have a profile, there is nothing in it -- I'm not listed as a host or guest, I have no profile picture, no verifications, no reviews...nothing!  Help -- what's happening?  Could it be because I forgot my password and had to change it to log in?  How can I get back to my real profile?

Hello @Lheisa0. Changing the password doesn't make the profile disappear for sure - I changed mine at least twice.

I tried filling out the online form.  I am using my work computer, and since my real profile still seems to exist when I log into Airbnb on my cell phone, I'm hoping it is still there on my home computer when I get home!  But I never had any trouble accessing it from work before.  Has anyone else had this happen?

Same for us everything disappear, listing, reservation all and after trying to log in looks account blocked.

No answer from airbnb, no explanation, call center don't answer,only one time someone pickup the phone and she replied she don't know. Now l m writing from different account and don't know how the manage the 6 or 7 revertation we got before this happened.
