Hi there,

I have a few problem to which I haven't found the answers on your site.

1.  Is there a way to find a particular listing by its name or by the host's name?

2.  When I named my listing, it was unique.  I've recently found that there are a few other listings with the same name in the same city.  How is that possible? 

3.  I need to change the apartment number of an existing listing, due to an error. If I create a new listing, what happens to the great reviews I've already gotten?

No, there is no way on the site to find a listing by it;s name or the hosts name. However it is possible on Google to do a search using the property name plus AirBnB.

Property names are not unique. There is nothing stopping people from using the same, or a similar name for their place. For example by the coast there must be hundreds of properties called Sea View, or similar.

If you create a new listing the old reviews remain on your profile. You don't lose them.
