my guest wishes to cancel and not pay the 50% which is ok with me as its a neighbour

How do I stop the 50% cancellation fee policy on my Dec 24 guest? It was for their mum and shes cancelled. Im happy to not take any cancellation charge, so they just pay the airbnb admin. Is that possible?

Send them the money (refund) via the AIRBNB resolution centre after they made the cancellation.
