multiple bookings on the same night by different groups, its saying I am full, but I have room

I have 4 rooms to let...however when I let 1 room to 1 person...it states that I am fully booked for that night...but I am not as my house is massive...I can actually fir 15 people in total! How can I get around this? I appear to be loosing a lot of money as it looks as if I am full!

You need 4 listings, just add another 3

Bedroom 1 for upto 8 guests

Bedroom 2 for upto 3 guests

Bedroom 3 for upto 4 guests

Bedroom 4 for upto 3 guests
