missing reservation

Hi all,

I accepted a guest's reservation. He booked my house for six days, and he is already staying at my home for three days.

But i can't see a reservation on my airbnb account. I'm wondering that airbnb has  charged reservation fee from guest.

how i can sure, i'll get paid?

You probably need to call Airbnb 1-855-424-7262 immediately to get this handled.
