how do I find the Issue Refund button?

Hi Adam I did that and was told by the Resolution Centre to use the Issue Refund button. This is going round in circles... and I am not getting the correct advice.

@Joanna22 Has the guest cancelled on their end? Once cancelled, you can refund the remaining amount depending on the cancellation policy. This is done at the resolution centre, once you selct the guest there's a issue refund option.
