how do I add paid parking off site

I see an amenity of Paid Parking off site in the list but when I go to my listing the only option I have to choose is Free Parking on site! I would much rather have had Paid Parking on site but since that is not currently available the next best would be Paid Parking Off site but I am unable to choose that.  Please help!  Thank you!

You just have to add it to  your listing details - it's not an amenity as far as Airbnb is concerned if you have to pay. If you want to charge the guests for the price of the off-street parking, make sure you clearly note the price in your details and then charge the guest through the Resolution Center.
