guest arrived 1 day early

Our guest booked on the calendar the 9th to 10th.  She arrived on the 8th.  We have a keypad entry and I had sent her the code, where to park etc.  What if we had other guests, or the suite wasn't ready?  What do we do in these kind of situations?

Don't send the code until the scheduled check in day. Is she still staying until the 10th? If so, you need to charge her for an extra night. send a request for another night's fee through the resolution center.
