I agree as well. The photo question should have been such an easy one to answer. Instead it was just "we realize it's important to you, next question."
The other question I thought they should have answered was the one about accuracy and reviews. Someone asked/commented about how a lot of guests leave bad reviews because they didn't read the whole thing.
Why is that AirBnB refuses to do anything about inaccurate reviews?
All I ever get told is that other guests will realize that this guest didn't clearly read the listing. That's such nonsense. If guests bothered to read everything, then we wouldn't have an issue
