How can I contact Airbnb to deactivate the false listing?

Hi @Paulos0!

There's actually a process where you can report a user to Airbnb - you can click on 'report this listing' on their public listing. I have attached a screenshot below to show you where it is. This will alert Airbnb to the fact it is a possible fraudulant account.

Thanks, Christie, I just reported it -in Greek though. The description is also of our place, Kolonaki Great Acropolis view....

Have the same issue. Neither flag reporting, nor email reporting or chat helped. After two weeks from the firts reporting fake listing still exists.
