does instabook work when using price tips

the instabook shows $89 a night, whereas if price tips are saved, it is a different price per night.  Can anyone explain this or how the price tips affects instabook?

They are not related. Instant booking only impacts whether someone can book without your review and acceptance. It has nothing to do with price.
