cancelations

I was on a very good run of reviews UNTIL I had to cancel three guests in a row due to family emergency. Now of course the three top reviews are bad because of the cancelations. Well, im back in business and would like to move forward but am obviously having trouble securing our first guest , probably due to the 3 reviews. 

 

What to do???

@Chris139 Ouch! Whenever you have an emergency situation that would involve cancelling confirmed reservations, you should contact Airbnb for assistance.  Otherwise they have no idea whether you have Extenuating Circumstances or not.  You should read about host cancellation penalties here:

You could try to get Airbnb to reverse these penalties by describing to them  your family emergency.   No guarantees, but it's worth a try.  Click on the link below to see how to get in touch with Airbnb.
