booking security

hi there

i have had an enquiry with someone who wants to book. however it is not the person booking who wants to stay. so it would be 2 people not listed...is this ok? is this safe? 

any one had experience of this?

Say no, @Angela485. That is a third-party booking and not allowed. (Unless it is a company booking for employees for business travel. Is it? They will be registered as such in that case.)
