automatic messages

How can I set up automatic messages?  For example, when a booking goes through, I want the traveler to receive information about my listing.  I thought this was happening, but a recent traveler said no.  Please advise.

The only automatic message that I am aware of, @Cindy217, is the pre-booking message.  Perhaps you can use the "saved" message option when a guest books which still requires you to send it.

I was sent an update inviting me to set this up, but while I was trying to write the message to be sent automatically I lost the page I was on and can't for the life of me find it again!
