an inquiry to stay at our place

We often get a message asking about something at our B&B -- ie, can we get five people in the room, or, is it okay if we arrive at 11 PM, or, well, virtually anything.  Air B&B gives us the options of accept or refuse.  We just want to answer their questions, but if we hit refuse, "answering a question" is not an option.  Any suggestions?  (Wishing AirB&B would list "answer a question" as one of the options.  Thanks for help.

You could answer the question in the message thread, @Kurt65, and then decline or accept the inquiry. If 5 people or 11 PM are out of your rules, decline.

Thank you, Marzena.  Maybe I picked a bad example.  What if they simply ask "What do you serve for breakfast?"  or How far is it to a store?  Things they may not find on our website.  Still -- I have the option of accept or decline, but I simply want to anser their question.
