airbnb app error message

Hi everyone!  everytime I tried to book...there is text messages keep coming back  

to my cellphone from Airbnb  "Unfortunately, we could not process your response because your number is registered to many accounts"   what's going on here?  How to resolve this annoying message?  

Thanks for the help.  I canot even emali directly to support to fix this up and what should I do
