Wrong discount applied by Airbnb

Airbnb applies my monthly discount to a 11 day stay.  Why would that be?  An 11 day stay should just get the weekly discount.

Contact @Airbnbhelp on Twitter and direct message your concern. Provide the reservation confirmation information and the email connected to your Airbnb account. This forum is just hosts offering advice. We can't fix a problem on your account other than suggest how to get it fixed

This exact same thing just happened to me.  A guest booked for 7 nights and Airbnb applied my monthly discount to the rate.
