Withdraw money from paypal acc to bank acc

Dear Sirs,

I have some problem with my acc to withdraw money from paypal acc to my acc in the Bank. Beside that, I also have a problem with my second account (listing the same place) and I would like to close this acc in Airbnb but I forgot everthing (ID; password..).

Pls tell me how to solve my problem in this case. In Ho CHi Minh City, can I contact with Airbnb?

I tried to withdraw money from Paypal acc two times but after that I receive nothing from my bank acc. I contacted with my bank but they receive nothing. So now, I do not know where my money gone because in the paypal acc said that the money transfered
