What defines if your home accessible at street level?

Parts of the listing details under Airbnb Trips Beta details a question

Is your home accessible at street level?

Is there any guidance as to what qualifies as this?  I took it to mean, Are there no steps required to ascend to enter your house?  In my case there are 11 small steps to walk up, as shown in the photos.  I defined my space as 'Not at street level" with the thinking that the question was targeted at informing guests who need to use wheelchairs to enter a space.

Given that the street-level quesiton is also paired with the question: Is there an elevator? I was thinking that maybe the intent of the question was more targeted at informing customers they may have to ascend multiple stories.

I'll look forward to hearing a concrete answer to this as I have a couple of small steps up to the front door. Airbnb should make a clear definition so hosts and guests are on the same page but I usually err on the side of caution and would say any step at all makes it not accessible at street level.
