Washington, DC B22-0092 - Short-term Rental Regulation and Affordable Housing Protection Act of 2017

Synopsis:  DC is trying to pass a legislation in limiting the amount of days and to heavily regulate short-term rentals.

There's been some movement on this bill as of 10 March 2017.  There will be a public hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in room 500 of the John A. Wilson Building 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004.  Please let your voices be heard to vote no on this bill as it will hurt those who use this platform.

On a slightly different note... who is really driving this bill; hotels, motels, BnBs, special interests?  Whatever happened to consumer options, or the entrepreneur spirit?  San Francisco's Proposition F tried to put a stop to an AirBnB/Short-Term rental platform and it was voted down.

Please let your voice be heard to vote no on this legislation.
