Verification issues

Hi everyone. My id has already been verified on my profile. But when I try to make a reservation, I get the message "Your ID hasn't been confirmed yet. This shouldn't take much longer. Thanks for waiting".. Been waiting for four hours now. I am unable to close that and submit and alternate id either. Any input on how to sort this out would be welcome.
