Unavailable for requests

My guest checks out today. I note that today is marked 'unavailable for requests' on my calendar. Any ideas why?  Is it perhaps that I am not on 'Instant booking'?  Many thanks, Robin

It is difficult to tell without actually seeing your calendar settings. Maybe you set for preparation days ? Anywas, you can probably just go to the calendar and open up today manually.

My calendar has shown "unavalable for requests"for a week and i have sent emails every day to AirBnb they have ignored my PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP - my property does not show up in a search - NO CHANCE FOR BOOKINGS - AirBnb will not answer my me - PLEASE PLEASE HELP = HELP

Your Availability Settings is likely set to 7 Days Advanced Notice, which will prevent any bookings happening within 1 week of the current date. Change that setting and you should be fine.
