There was a setting for hosts that asked if the room is rent for "occasional rental"

A year ago, 2016, there was a setting that asked if the listing or maybe the host intends to offer the place just *occasionally* or *all time*. I set it to occasional and would like to change this now. I cannot find such seting however. Is this setting gone? Thanks T

Hello @Urban-Hop0,

That's a question asked during the setup process when you are creating your listing.

The system then automatically sets your calander "Availability" and other settings according to your answer.

Once your listing is set up there's no "occasionally / all the time" setting. You can change your availability settings to allow more frequent bookings.

For example, you choose "Occasionally" when setting up your listing. This may have set your availability settings to something like:

advance notice - 5 days notice, preparation time - block 2 nights before and after each reservation etc.

If you now want to have bookings more often you can go to your calendar, click on "Availability settings" and then on the "Edit" button for "Reservation preferences".

You can also check the settings for "Trip length" to adjust them to your liking.

Also check in the "pricing" setting on your calendar to check that the pricing is as you want it.
