Text Notifications

Text Notifications

Suddenly, I am no longer receiving text notifications when a guest is interested in my place or has a question.  Up until two weeks ago, any time a guest submitted a request or made a reservation I received a text notification almost immediately. My phone number has not changed and I have not adjusted any settings. I reviewed the settings and everything looks good.  I still receive the email notifications, but I am unable to receive and respond as timely to those. Why am I no longer receving notifications via text?

@Jean-and-Travis0  Sorry, I seem to have accidentally hit the Post button before I finished replying. There are recent threads on exactly your issue- peruse them to find out that other hosts are going through the same thing. Same happened to me back about 6 months ago- back and forth with support and eventually, like about 6 weeks later, I finally got my text notifications back.
