Taking on management of an Airbnb listing

Hi - we are a holiday home rental management company and are taking over the management of a property (two houses) which already has an Airbnb listing. Is there any way that we can get the listing (currently with the owner) transferred to us so that we don't lose the feedback on the property?

Are you able to change the login info to your name and in the comments say it's managed by your PM service?
