Switching Default payments

Hello Everyone,

I just switched my default payment to go to my bank account, (paypayl put my account in review for 72hours, 72 hours ago and they still havent reviewed it) I was wondering when will the payment to my bank account become active, as in Im getting payments today and I would like for them to go straight into my bank account.

I am just trying to switch my default, but can't work out how to.
