Super host Status

I met all the superhost requirements this past 3 month review period, but they did not award me with superhost status. How can I contact Airbnb to ask them about this? Has anyone else had similar experiences?

If you look through these forums there are a number of hosts who have experienced similar problems.

 

You can contact them online (but they rarely reply). Alternatively give them a call or use social media.

I did not cancel anything. When I look at my stats, I surpassed all the necessary requirements so confused as to why it was not awarded this period. 

No I  didn't cancel any booking. Instead a guest cancelled 1 hour before his scheduled check-in time. Are hosts penalized for enforcing the cancellation policy when a guest cancels at the last minute?

A guest cancelling is not an issue.
