Specific criteria for some dates

We own a flat in Cowes- in the summer there are four regatta weeks - for those specific weeks we only want to let whole weeks to maximise income. How do I stop people booking short breaks and weekends for that period?? Thanks

Calendar/Availability settings/Trip Length - Edit/Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates

Ive had no luck with this option.  Chrome just says "page is unresponsive" and IE say long running script but neither actually bring up the page to set the rule
