I'm a host and i recive a reservation for one listing which is not suitable children . I accept the reservtion puting conditions that suits the list but the guest wanted to change to different listing which is suitable for children more with a discount. So i send him a special offer changing the listing with a discount.
Latter guest contact me that AirBnB charge him fee for the last reservation and it indicates as "Cancelled" even i modified the same. I know that i could Alter the reservation but now its happend. Try to contact AIrBnB help and i realise that its mostly depend on Community and i could find a mail address for inquiry which is sad .
As a host i dont want to see my guest charge twise the fee since actually he didnt cancell but wanted to change the listing ..
What can i do to resolve this and im from sri lanka and we do not have a contact in sri lanka to get support ...
My guest is from Norway and i found a contact there but i try to resolve this from my end if possible
