Selling my cabin with the listing .

I am thinking of selling my beach cabin. Is there a way I can keep my Airbnb account intact while letting my buyer get the browser address? I plan on having more listings on Airbnb but not on the ocean. So I want my account to follow me to my new place because I have over 100 great reviews.

NO!  Properties are not transferrable.  Airbnb is host-based, not property based.  Guests get to choose which hosts they want to stay with, so your reviews should really count toward your next place, not left behind for whatever yahoo buys it from you.  What if they paint it black and fill it full of sand???
