Saying I have 4 messages but when i click into messages to read it then shows none?

After trying to contact air bnb with no help from them, I am trying to find out if anyone else is having trouble reading their messgaes?

Is it possible you have unread notifications?  @Chloe73  I sometimes have that happen to me.

Are you using mobile app? There is a bug and you can’t see or reply to messages. I’ve had the same issue since Sunday and have reported it several times. This is a huge issue! May work from laptop? (Haven’t tried mine, as I’m out of the country and typically use mobile app for all messages)
