Room Vacancy

We have a longhouse which can accommodate up to 40 people. 

Airbnb doesnt seem to have a function for us to choose to show whether if we are still available. When our room is booked only for 2 people, it understands that the room can no longer be booked on the same day/ in the same period of time. 

Am I not getting it right somehow? Please help. Thank you so much 🙂

Hi @Nguyen1 it seems what you want to do is create a few listings of the same place. As you said, once a listing is booked with say 2 out of the 16 guests you can support, it's blocked out for that listing. Simply create another listing of the same place to take on more people. Just be sure to balance out the correct number of people for each date, otherwise you may find yourself having more guests than beds!

Thanks @ZenHomes0, for your help. That is what I'm thinking of cuz obviously, Airbnb system does not have such function. Just want to know if anyone has other ways for the same problem.
