Hi together,

 

i get an automatically review from AIRBNB.

"The host canceled this reservation 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting."

 

Response from me was:
I am terribly sorry that this happen! Actually i was abroad during that time and had been accessing AIRBNB on my mobile phone, using my my mobile internet. Unfortunately it turned out not to be very reliable. Re booking was made quite short notice, exactly 2 days before check-in date and i also realized directly that we already had a double booking in the preferred Apartment.Hence, the prompt cancellation from my side within 20 minutes! I totally understand that this can be very annoying, however i believe my reaction was quick so the guest had sufficient time to look for another accommodation!

 

My question is how i can get reed of this review from AIRBNB as the guest was not angry at all and even text me back tahtnks for the speedy answer!

Please help!
