Resolution help

I had hosted a young girl who did not follow my rules! They smoked marijuana in my home, left partially smoked marijuana in my sons bedroom. My hole home smelled terrible. I requested a fee and they agreed to pay so airbnb closed it before she paid and now nothing! Ive esclated to airbnb and its been 5 days no response from anyone.  This really puts a bad taste in my mouth renting   Especially when renter admits to drugs in my home via airbnb messages!  Anyone know what to do further? Thanks!

@Paul358  It appears you have done what you can by sumitting the claim to the Resolution Center.  Fortunately you have communication on the Air BNB message system.  Five days is not too long for it to take to resolve the claim.  Did you have a security deposit and did you submit any bills for the costs related to extra cleaning?  I hope you provide a negative review for this guest as well.
